I figured it out. Admuncher is installed and was removing the updates. Hopes this helps anyone else having a similar problem. I was able to set up uTorrent as a service thanks to the helpful guide however when using the RSS feed importer it will download torrents however they don't show up on the Web GUI Tuesday, May 1, PM. I ran into the same problem running Azureus within VirtualPC and trying to save files to the shared folder. As soon as I switched to save local - no problems. You should be able to change the majority of the settings via the WebUI itself, however if you must make changes to a setting not available via the WebUI then yes, you will have to be logged in as the user you created as the windows save program settings per user.

Sure enough, several files show as not complete. All checksums match up. I then copy them back over to the WHS box to their permanent home and the checksums match up just fine. At this point, I think it's the fact that the WHS DE is somehow screwing with the files as they're being downloaded so I install another drive into the box and leave it as a normal drive i.
